Professor/Associate Professor/Adjunct Professor Position in Marketing at Wenzhou Business College

Wenzhou Business College is a top-tier private university approved by the Ministry of Education of China. With nearly 20,000 students and over 1,000 faculty members, the college invites applications for 10-year, full-time tenure-track positions at all levels of marketing beginning in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025. The successful candidate will be able to teach marketing- and IB-related courses, as well as engage in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the college. Applicants must possess a doctoral degree in a related discipline relevant to marketing (such as IB, management, finance, business strategy) from an AACSB- or EQUIS-accredited program, or anticipate completion by August 2024. Applicants with terminal degrees related to the social sciences from Ivy League schools or higher are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates should ideally have a track record of peer-reviewed publications and strong potential for further advancement in research. Academic rank and competitive compensation and benefits package (including free accommodation, health insurance, tuition, 10% retirement contribution, home country leave allowance, and more) will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Candidates with a high level of research and an established publication record may be considered for a special research career, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (approx. USD 140,000) in tax-free salary (depending on nationality), and an additional allowance on top of the standard benefits package, e.g. an extra RMB 1 million in housing allowance.
