ISLAMABAD: The Establishments Division has approved filling of 2,375 vacant posts from grades 1 to 17 and has issued separate no-objection certificates for each ministry. These certificates will be valid for six months and have been issued from the surplus fund of the Establishments Division.
According to office memos issued by the Establishment Division, the following positions have been approved for recruitment:
Ministry of Defence: seven posts in grade 17; Ministry of Power (Petroleum Division): four posts in grades 11 to 14; Pakistan Railways: one Assistant Electrical Engineer in grade 17, two Assistant Mechanical Engineers in grade 17 and six Assistant Executive Engineers in grade 17; Ministry of National Health: four posts in grades 1 to 14 in Federal Medical College, Islamabad; Ministry of Defence (Defence Division): 11 posts in grades 16 and 17 in Pakistan Army Junior Training; Federal Ministry of Education: 12 posts in grades 1 to 15 in Government Polytechnic Institute for Women; Aviation Division: 32 posts in grades 1 to 5; Ministry of Interior: 41 posts in grade 15 in Police Safe City, Islamabad; 121 posts in Grades 1 to 11 in Pakistan Coast Guard: two Assistant Directors in Grade 17 in Federal Public Service Commission; three posts in Grades 16 and 17 in FG TB Centre; and 27 posts in Grades 1 to 15 in Chief Commissioner’s Office, Islamabad; Ministry of Home Affairs: 2,023 posts in Grades 5 to 11 at FC Headquarters, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, South Dera Ismail Khan; Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis: 24 posts in Grades 1 to 17; Ministry of Power (Petroleum Division): four additional posts in Grades 11 to 14; Ministry of Defence (Defence Division): 49 posts in Grades 1 to 15; Ministry of Defence (PASBD Department): two posts in Grade 16.
