Are you passionate about keeping people safe and secure? Then you won’t want to miss the next one Job fair for security and protection agents at Jackson College, Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon in the Bert Walker Hall community rooms.
The University has multiple immediate openings for full-time and part-time armed and unarmed Security Officers for a variety of shifts, including overnight, weekend, and special events. They assist young adults on their path to higher education while helping to keep the University community safe. Security Officers provide personal, equipment, and property security services on campus. They remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies, providing first-line response, emergency management, and/or referral. Officers also provide escort services and basic assistance as needed, in addition to conducting routine patrols.
Jackson College offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time officers with starting salaries of $41,600 per year, 16 paid holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance and up to three weeks of paid vacation the first year of employment; part-time officers receive competitive salaries, tuition credits and paid time off.
